"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."

"My hot water heater died on Memorial Day. I called Bonney. They were willing to come out and replace it that very day for no extra charge, even though it was a holiday. But, that didn't work well for me, so they came out the next morning at the time I specified. They were on time, and called a few minutes beforehand to confirm and remind me. The workman reviewed everything and gave me a firm price before the job began. He replaced the water heater, handled all the permits, and ran a new drain line out through the garage and out to the yard (the old water heater's overflow just dumped out onto the floor).

"Matt did an excellent work and I am very happy! It’s been at least two weeks and no issue from my water heater - no leaks. He was very responsive and he cleaned his work. It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "I also inquired as to several other projects I may or may not have done in the future.  One was the best way to get hot water into the kitchen and guest bath faster as I am having to run the hot water valve a long time to get hot water.  We also looked at my hot water heater to see if it was giving off any unusual amounts of calcium/iron deposits as I have some stains on my sinks that appear to be from that source.  Hot water heater seems ok for now.  Mike also gave me ideas on how to clean the calcium deposits and wax the master bath sink surface to have sink look shiny again. Last resort I could replace sinks. I inquired into having my spa tub motor serviced and Mike made a suggestion as to who could do a good job. There was never any pressure to do any additional work which I very much appreciated.
