Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. "I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime.
