"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. This was the 3rd plumber trying to fix a very routine problem. I had called two others that received good reviews but the job wasn't done due to failures on the other company's side. This was over a week I have been working on this plumbing problem. Went back to Angie's list and called two other plumbers but no response just voicemail or grumpy person answering.
