This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "They failed to install correctly. Flex-tubing ruptured and spewed water everywhere. They came our and replaced flex-tubing and cleaned up the water. They failed to correctly install pressure relief valve. They also failed to tightly fasten the water heater to the wall. Now the water-heater has corroded electrical components from the water and blows the circuit breaker. No other contractor will touch the job because they do not want to be liable for it. NewWRX does not return my calls (2 calls), I have left messages to call me on their answering machine."
