"Excellent service. Luis Rodriguez gave a fair estimate, was very professional; explained all work that was needed and work that could wait if we chose to. He was always on time and communicated with us in a timely manner and in a very professional way. He left area very clean and he even completely arranged a DWP rebate for pump installed (pictures and documentation). He was also very available for questions after work was completed. We would definitely recommend him."

"Throughout the years we had the pool resurfaced with plaster several times and finally we gave a chance to try fiberglass resurfacing and we did it with Absolute Pool Resurfacing. I must confess that I was skeptic about it, but after the step by step presentation of all the process, the 15 year warranty, and the fantastic price done by Mr. Christ Villanueva, I decided to go with them. That was the best decision I ever made regarding our pool. What meticulous and fantastic job the owner, Mr. Noe Villanueva himself with his team, they did. From the installation of the skimmers, new tiles, pool light repair the coping replace pipe lines and several other works and finally the pool resurfacing. Our pool is the best and most beautiful that it ever been. A truly masterpiece of work!! We are extremely grateful for the work that the Villanueva family did!, Our pool looks fantastic! I can hardly wait to fill it up and jump in it!! Mateo López-García and family"

"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small.
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

Consuegra Tub Refinish has over 10 years of experience refinishing porcelain bathtubs, fiberglass tub, kitchen and bath counter tops, sinks, shower pans and ceramic tile countertops and shower walls. Additionally, we do major fiberglass and porcelain repairs on weak tub bottoms and shower floors.\n\nBathtub refinishing also known as bathtub resurfacing, bathtub reglazing or bathtub re-enameling is the process of refreshing the surface of a worn, damaged bathtub to a like-new condition. This process typically involves repairing any damaged areas. Chips or cracks are repaired using Bondo or another type of polyester putty. After repairs are made the surface is prepped with an acid etching and ready to add the primer and porcelain paint. Once dried for 48 hours is ready to use.

"The concrete and gate install went relatively quickly. The patio cover required permits which took some time. Once received, the patio went up quick and the planter brick repair was also quick. Overall a good partnership that I will hire again."

"He came out promptly and did an excellent job.  He gave good advice. He was going to come back to install a nature cartridge when he had the right part but he never returned or followed up."

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.

It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.

No, you should only choose high-quality wood to build your sauna. Not all types of woods can withstand the pressure from heat or moisture. Only use softwoods, such as cedar and aspen, that are known for absorbing heat and resisting water.

Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.
