"We were very pleased with salesman Mike Munro who came out to explain the options and take measurements.  He was pleasant and thorough.  He even came back a second time when we changed the type of awning we wanted.  Mike worked with us to get the price within budget.  The installers arrived about 2 hours late after the scheduled time window, but were very polite and worked until 7 PM to complete the job.  Very good experience overall, especially when compared to other companies which we had asked to bid the job.  Would definitely use them again.

They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us extend or retract or stop the awning anywhere in between with ease. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it every day, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it.
