The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty.
