Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. "They proposed a less expensive option, install retro windows from a local and less expensive company rather than replace my windows with more expensive windows from a well known maker with a much better warranty. Sounded good but the saving was negligible and made no sense at all. So no deal!"
