"Victor was the most professional company that came to give me a bid. He was the only one who gave me a detailed written estimate. He took the time to completely ck my sprinklers made sure of what exactly needed to be repaired or replaced. Planted new flowers, plants & transplanted for me. All new soil where needed. The price was good. I would have been disappointed with any other company. He's charged me a good price for my monthly service. I will only hire him to do the back 1/2 acre. "What a transformation â a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool and elegant walkways around the house -- and all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a company dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon led the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chief among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio, installation of the drainage system and the pavers, and resolution of all other items. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra projects necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again."

"Gary came out and measured for the job, he was very professional and had a variety of fabrics to choose from. I had a design in mind based on a picture I took at a model home for a steel framed fabric structure to sit atop our existing wood patio cover. What they created was far better then I could have imagined. The design had to be modified due to an obstruction on our stucco wall but they returned with the correction in a timely fashion and installed while we were gone. When we returned to see the finished job, I was personally amazed at how they fabricated exactly what I wanted from a two dimentional picture. Also installed a drop shade on the west side of the patio cover to give some badly needed afternoon shade. The end result was a simple wood patio cover had been transitioned into a semi-enclosed outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the shade. Great customer service, craftsmanship and follow up that is hard to find in the construction trade today. Truly rare and very much appreciated. Thank you Gary and crew.

"We had two large 10 foot awnings that were shredding and the birds were eating the fiber. We looked into just replacing the fabric to save money. A different company came and said they couldnâ t replace just the fabric, they had to also replace the motor because of some reason we did not understand. The total would have been $3000 to fix up both. I ended up going online and getting to bigger awnings 12Ã 12 feet from Loweâ s. They delivered to my door. I thought it was a good idea to do a local company so that I could return them if it did not work. The total of two brand new ones was the same $3000. I thought I got myself a great deal. However upon researching Awning installers, sounds myself in a financial trap by there exorbitant prices. .. Iâ m so glad we ran into awning Angels! Couldnâ t believe they would do both for $500. they scheduled us within a week. They put them up in a matter of a few hours. We were so grateful and they looked so good. They had remote controls, they were leveled just right, no damage to the building, fantastic work! They had to fit them tightly because I ended up getting the bigger ones, but they made it work and they did such a professional job. Very nice guys. Hard to fine such good integrity and professionalism."

"It went well, Promptly after I called, Randy Lee came to the house to take measurements to replace the broken awning.  Several weeks later, Ramiro & Salvador brought the new awning, which they installed.  They were very knowledgeable and professional, as was everyone I talked to.   The awning retracts easily and works really well shading our patio. These sorts of awnings are somewhat pricey, but I think they are worth it."
