After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

He boasts knowledge about irrigation but continued to not fix any of the problems with my irrigation and added on more to the cost to troubleshoot until I was forced to reach out to someone who did know what they were doing who fixed the problem immediately while also noting that he hooked up the irrigation incorrectly. This cost me more money and I collected video proof of this which I sent to Jeremy who refused to acknowledge my email. Save yourself money and hassle."

In most cases, you will need a building permit for cement work on your property. You need a permit for any project that adds a permanent foundation on your property—which, in most cases, includes even a flat slab of concrete poured directly on the ground. You can always ask your cement company if a permit is necessary for your project, and the expert will typically pull the permit for you to save you time and energy.

Asphalt driveways are affordable and able to withstand sub-zero temperatures. The asphalt surface makes it easy to plow snow, and it has excellent traction for slippery winter days.
