Best patio pros near Escondido, CA

"I give them a 10 ! Coastal Pavers is the best. Steve was great to work with. He met my needs in terms of my budget. The workers were on time and did an exceptional job on my 12x12 patio. Hire them. You’ll be glad you did."

"Patio work removing weeds. I always use them. My patio is beautiful when they are done."

"Juan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed up on the same day that I contacted him, agreed to the work, and showed up promptly the next day. His work was better than expected and he finished faster than expected. I will definitely use him again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable landscaper that is very reasonably priced."

"Concrete is an area that requires quality work. As a new homeowner, I searched long and hard for a reputable contractor that would be able to pour a concrete patio without breaking the bank. After doing plenty of research, and reviewing various concrete bids/quotes in the area, I stumbled upon F. G. Concrete Design. They had very competitive pricing for the job, were quick, and were extremely professional. Feliciano Garcia and his team did an outstanding job on the patio. The team arrived on time; quality workmanship; cleaned up well after the project was completed. We are totally pleased and happy we contacted F. G. Concrete Design. Highly recommend! Thanks, Feliciano"

"I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."

"Excellent! We extended 2 areas on each side of our pool to make it more usable for lounge chairs on one side and a table with 6 chairs on the other. I can highly recommend Kent Horner and his company for many reasons. They started the work quickly, showed up daily and on time until it was completed, had a large crew and fixed any issues that we had due to moving sprinklers and lights. Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil. He didn’t try to up the price, he did the work for the price he quoted. Thank you so much Kent and CH Gardens for the wonderful job! It’s awesome!"

"It's beautiful and enhances the value of the house. It is absolutely gorgeous and it's everything we thought it would be. They were really patient. Originally we were going to order a mechanical awning, but we opted not to. We did a manual crank and it's beautiful. They were so good when we called them - we dealt with the same rep, and they gave us a 25% discount. The packaging was sent by FedEx Freight, and the packaging was amazing. It was a double-walled Masonite crate. The packaging was nicely done, and it arrived in tact. They were very, very good and the pricing was reasonable. I would give them the highest rating possible."

"I am very impressed, and pleased, with the job that Quetzal Landscapes did for me! My yard is beautiful! Kristian (the owner) was very professional throughout the whole job. He was here every day (for about an hour) to get his crew going with the projects of the day, and to look at the work that had been done the day before. The concept that was taking place was so beautiful that I kept adding many more projects to my original landscaping "vision." Kristian removed (he actually got right in there, himself, with a chain saw) 3 very large Birds of Paradise trees (roots and all) and artistically landscaped my 4 terraced levels with exactly what we talked about. Kris has a very creative eye. Beyond the planting, Kris envisioned, and put in, a small patio on the 3rd terraced level with redwood stairs going up to it.I can now see the mountains and the fireworks from my yard. The crew that was there every day (7 days a week until my job was finished) was extremely hard working, and fun to be around. Kristian worked with me on my tight budget and was very thoughtful in presenting his ideas of my landscaping. After my landscaping was completed, my drip system needed to be monitored and changed each week. Kris came out himself (from about an hour away), twice, on a Saturday, to change it for me. Any follow-up that was needed, Kristian was there immediately to handle it! It is too bad that this review has no place for a before and after picture. Quetzal Landscapes did a beautiful, beautiful job...... Way beyond my expectations! Bravo Kristian, and your wonderful crew."

"Gary came out and measured for the job, he was very professional and had a variety of fabrics to choose from. I had a design in mind based on a picture I took at a model home for a steel framed fabric structure to sit atop our existing wood patio cover. What they created was far better then I could have imagined. The design had to be modified due to an obstruction on our stucco wall but they returned with the correction in a timely fashion and installed while we were gone. When we returned to see the finished job, I was personally amazed at how they fabricated exactly what I wanted from a two dimentional picture. Also installed a drop shade on the west side of the patio cover to give some badly needed afternoon shade. The end result was a simple wood patio cover had been transitioned into a semi-enclosed outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the shade. Great customer service, craftsmanship and follow up that is hard to find in the construction trade today. Truly rare and very much appreciated. Thank you Gary and crew.
