"Luis and his crew did an amazing job. They worked for 3 days trimming hedges, bushes and vines. Removing bushes that were breaking a retaining wall. They trimmed our palm trees. They hauled away rusted patio furniture, wood, metal, and an old jacuzzi cover. Then they mowed, edged, and blew all the walkways and the patio. They were timely and courteous. I was so pleased with the work that I’ve hired them to do regular lawn service."

"Victor was the most professional company that came to give me a bid. He was the only one who gave me a detailed written estimate. He took the time to completely ck my sprinklers made sure of what exactly needed to be repaired or replaced. Planted new flowers, plants & transplanted for me. All new soil where needed. The price was good. I would have been disappointed with any other company. He's charged me a good price for my monthly service. I will only hire him to do the back 1/2 acre. I highly recommend his service."

"I am very impressed, and pleased, with the job that Quetzal Landscapes did for me! My yard is beautiful! Kristian (the owner) was very professional throughout the whole job. He was here every day (for about an hour) to get his crew going with the projects of the day, and to look at the work that had been done the day before. The concept that was taking place was so beautiful that I kept adding many more projects to my original landscaping "vision." Kristian removed (he actually got right in there, himself, with a chain saw) 3 very large Birds of Paradise trees (roots and all) and artistically landscaped my 4 terraced levels with exactly what we talked about. Kris has a very creative eye. Beyond the planting, Kris envisioned, and put in, a small patio on the 3rd terraced level with redwood stairs going up to it.I can now see the mountains and the fireworks from my yard. The crew that was there every day (7 days a week until my job was finished) was extremely hard working, and fun to be around. Kristian worked with me on my tight budget and was very thoughtful in presenting his ideas of my landscaping. After my landscaping was completed, my drip system needed to be monitored and changed each week. Kris came out himself (from about an hour away), twice, on a Saturday, to change it for me. Any follow-up that was needed, Kristian was there immediately to handle it! It is too bad that this review has no place for a before and after picture. "What a transformation â a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool and elegant walkways around the house -- and all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a company dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon led the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chief among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio, installation of the drainage system and the pavers, and resolution of all other items. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra projects necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again."

"We used them for re-doing our ~500 sqft backyard which had old uneven and ugly asphalt. We looked at replacing it with concrete slab or pavers. I spent a fair enough time between Yelp, Angie's list and Houzz.com to get several quotes and for the amount of work, Evoturf was very reasonable for pavers. Actually came in close enough to the concrete slab option and made the decision easy. Pavers look a lot nicer :) Nick, Kevin and the crew were very professional and we are very happy with the attention to details and amount of work they put in over 3 days. Felt they were quick and did not cut corners."

He was responsive to our requests. His team was very helpful and friendly and listened to all our questions and instructions. The project was completed in a timely manner. "Gary came out and measured for the job, he was very professional and had a variety of fabrics to choose from. I had a design in mind based on a picture I took at a model home for a steel framed fabric structure to sit atop our existing wood patio cover. What they created was far better then I could have imagined. The design had to be modified due to an obstruction on our stucco wall but they returned with the correction in a timely fashion and installed while we were gone. When we returned to see the finished job, I was personally amazed at how they fabricated exactly what I wanted from a two dimentional picture. Also installed a drop shade on the west side of the patio cover to give some badly needed afternoon shade. The end result was a simple wood patio cover had been transitioned into a semi-enclosed outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the shade. Great customer service, craftsmanship and follow up that is hard to find in the construction trade today. Truly rare and very much appreciated. Thank you Gary and crew.
