"Two individuals spend about 20-30 minutes accomplishing the recurrent tasks.  The lead person is familiar with other extra details that need to occur monthly, such as trimming vines and hedges.  He is willing to ask our neighbor for access to his property to trim vines that go into the neighbor's yard.  We appreciate these details as we like to promote good neighbor relations. When necessary, he will trim some trees and weed the yard.  I have two very dedicated individuals from JM Lawns working at my residence.  I appreciate their efforts very much!"

He also told me what to expect in terms of how the tree would look. He put out signs the night before so the street would be cleared for the truck and shredder. He and his crew arrived slightly earlier than we'd discussed and the team (3 people) completed the job including cleanup in less than an hour. "Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."
