"Luis was the first to respond to our request for quote. He was prompt and showed up on time. He listened to our ideas and gave some of his own. We ended up with the perfect solution of a low retaining wall around the yard edge and defining a play area around our grand babies play set. We also added a higher retaining wall and garden planter on one side of the yard and a stand alone 3 x 12 veggie garden planter for me. Luis was always on time or called if there was a schedule change (we had rain and a couple of sick days) He told us up front he wasn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive and he lived up to his word. We finished on time and on budget, hard to do these days but communication was the key. By the time the project was done we knew we had a new friend as well as a trusted professional. "Great in every way!! Started Dec 19 and worked like Santa's elves. They arrive at 7:30 and work til 5:30 and bring their lunch and drinks. They are organized, diligent and Greg is honest and provides great value ( he was half my first estimate to save my pool from going down the hill!) Mine was a specialized concrete project and the slabs had to be jacked up and 85 bags of concrete had to be put under the slabs to form a retaining wall. Then they built a deck and put together a large gazebo. Everything went so well I hired them to finish off my garage and they did THAT quickly and for a good price. Being GREEK descent, Greg knows how to make atone and concrete and rooms that will LAST. He also fixed some plumbing that another handyman did that didn't work. He is pleasant, amenable to changes . "We love the work completed by the employees of San Diego Premier Outdoor. They did a fantastic job of paving all sides of our home, redoing a 30 year old backyard, and creating a cool oasis in which to enjoy outdoor living. Our dog thinks it was all done for her. (see photos) Emily listened to what we wanted redone, and with her creative design ideas, fashioned areas that were beyond our wildest expectations! We just keep walking around and smiling. Andy and his crew of expert craftsmen worked non stop. Neighbors came by daily to find out what was being done and all commented on the work ethic of the crew. Emily came to the site at least twice a day and kept in constant touch as to what was happening and what was to be done next. The paver and light installation that now surround our home, pet turf installation, pergola, and an old wall that needed to be stuccoed and capped were completed to perfection. This is an honest company that is reasonable priced, easy to work with, and strives to meet the customerâ  s wishes. They are reliable, on time, and deliver on their promises. "Victor was the most professional company that came to give me a bid. He was the only one who gave me a detailed written estimate. He took the time to completely ck my sprinklers made sure of what exactly needed to be repaired or replaced. Planted new flowers, plants & transplanted for me. All new soil where needed. The price was good. I would have been disappointed with any other company. He's charged me a good price for my monthly service. I will only hire him to do the back 1/2 acre. He was also accessible throughout the job the two young men that worked on installing concrete on my patio including removing cracked cement and bricks did an excellent job. They were on time and job was completed on time to my full satisfaction and they completely cleaned up afterward. "I got some cheaper quotes but they didnâ t give me the confidence that I felt when Michael anticipated some drainage concerns before I even voiced them. His team solved my drainage issues and gave me a nice patio extension and walkway. They were competent, hardworking and fulfilled promises. Now we are commissioning them for some gravel path/edging work. Some of the estimators I met with seemed incompetent and one was downright slimy and intrusive. So glad I found this company."
