They hauled away rusted patio furniture, wood, metal, and an old jacuzzi cover. Then they mowed, edged, and blew all the walkways and the patio. They were timely and courteous. I was so pleased with the work that I’ve hired them to do regular lawn service."

"Victor was the most professional company that came to give me a bid. He was the only one who gave me a detailed written estimate. He took the time to completely ck my sprinklers made sure of what exactly needed to be repaired or replaced. Planted new flowers, plants & transplanted for me. All new soil where needed. "Kent not only provided us a solution, but also restored our sanctuary. He readily took on a remediation project to restore flagstone in our patio area affected by a re-routed buried gas line. Where we were already overwhelmed with the complexity of the task (and the distress from the gas line leak), Kent reassured us that he would take care of everything. His extensive experience, coupled with his genuine passion to restore our space, was compelling. The attention-to-detail was seen from Kent down through each of his team members. Not only was it difficult to match the existing flagstone, but his team laid it in a way that blended naturally with the remaining patio. "I am very impressed, and pleased, with the job that Quetzal Landscapes did for me! My yard is beautiful! Kristian (the owner) was very professional throughout the whole job. He was here every day (for about an hour) to get his crew going with the projects of the day, and to look at the work that had been done the day before. The concept that was taking place was so beautiful that I kept adding many more projects to my original landscaping "vision." Kristian removed (he actually got right in there, himself, with a chain saw) 3 very large Birds of Paradise trees (roots and all) and artistically landscaped my 4 terraced levels with exactly what we talked about. Kris has a very creative eye. Beyond the planting, Kris envisioned, and put in, a small patio on the 3rd terraced level with redwood stairs going up to it.I can now see the mountains and the fireworks from my yard. The crew that was there every day (7 days a week until my job was finished) was extremely hard working, and fun to be around. Kristian worked with me on my tight budget and was very thoughtful in presenting his ideas of my landscaping. After my landscaping was completed, my drip system needed to be monitored and changed each week. Kris came out himself (from about an hour away), twice, on a Saturday, to change it for me. Any follow-up that was needed, Kristian was there immediately to handle it! It is too bad that this review has no place for a before and after picture. "Install It Direct just replaced all the concrete around my house - driveway, walkways, back patio - and I couldnâ t be happier! The product itself is simply beautiful. Ever since the installation I actually have neighbors walking over and telling me how beautiful everything looks! But just as important was the team at Install It Direct. Chris was my design consultant and project manager. He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the process and gave me multiple design options while working with my budget. No detail was too small for him and he patiently laid out multiple designs for me to pick from. As a design consultant and then project manager, I couldnâ t have asked for anybody more responsive and professional. The crew itself was also great! Nicholas was the foreman and kept the project on track, even finishing a couple of days earlier than planned. And last but definitely not least, the work crew was exceptional. They were here early every day, worked hard and cleaned up every day; even going to the extent of blowing the dust off of the neighborâ s car! These guys were skilled, fast, and stayed focused on what they needed to get done every day. And did I also say how beautiful the end product is?"

His crew is friendly, helpful, and very professional. Doug comes by to monitor progress, check in with his team, and make sure we are pleased with the progress.
