Customers say: Quick response

"My shower faucet was not left in the manner it was before the service. The new piece that was put on was loose. And water was still leaking after. It was just as bad as before the service after the repair. And they drain cleaning price is expensive compared to other companies who offer specials for it."

"Mark was great! He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was accurate and reasonable and he stuck to the job despite a difficult kitchen sink clog approximately 24 feet into wall. He also cleaned up everything. We are happy customers and would recommended his services."

"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!"

"The job was a simple replacement of the shower spigot. Miguel and Emilio arrived as indicated and showed professionalism and good work ethics. They finished the project early and the price was fair. Will definitely be requesting them for future jobs"

"This morning, Nicolas promptly assisted us with a significant drain issue. Our toilet was not flushing properly, and the bathtub was draining very slowly. We greatly appreciate his quick response and expert service in resolving the problem."

"Your guys CJ & Andrew were awesome! They did such a nice clean looking job! Super professional and very informative. They walked me through setting up the app for the whole house water shut off valve they installed and now I get a reduced rate on my homeowners insurance. They also found that my water pressure reducing valve had failed and replaced that at the same time. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did."

Drain Cleaning questions, answered by experts

There are several steps you can take to prevent your AC drain from clogging. This includes cleaning the drain line at least every three months, changing the filter every one to three months, and getting your AC serviced annually. Also, if any problems arise with your AC, hire an HVAC technician to deal with them ASAP.

The cost varies from $150 to $600, depending on the severity of the clog, pipe access, and required equipment.

Even if the shower drain doesn’t seem clogged or dirty, plan to clean it out about once per month—or more frequently if you or your family shed a lot of hair. It’s a good practice to remove any hair from the drain on a daily basis, as hair can accumulate fast and cause clogs in no time. You may also want to have a plumber thoroughly clean the drains in your home once every six months.

Yes, you can pour water down the toilet to help it flush. For each flush, you’ll need 1 to 2 gallons of water for newer toilets or 3 to 5 gallons of water for older toilets. Rather than dumping the entire bucket in all at once, pour the water in slowly for the best results. If you’re pouring water down the toilet to help it flush after a clog, only use 1 gallon of hot water.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.
