Found Jack (Fasone) Plumbing & Heating by virtue of a recommendation from 1 of our long-stan flooring contractors & called him to handle some initial work on a new condo. Working with Jack is a breath of fresh air. He discussed 2 minor, and 1 more involved issue in a courteous, professional & relaxed manner, describing the time, effort and cost for the work. We set up a work date that day. Jack followed through on that appointment and handily addressed all three issues in approximately 1 1/2 hours at a very reasonable rate for the work. Jack makes addressing plumbing issues almost a pleasure (hey, it's plumbing after all!), something I haven't been able to claim in many past experiences. My experience with Jack's Plumbing & Heating was obviously positive in that he addressed any questions I had concerning the work. leaving me with only one unanswered question. Jack?s Plumbing did an excellent job through the whole process of replacing our old 50 gallon tank water heater! He explained all our options with reasonable estimates. We decided to have a really efficient tankless one installed. He did a great, orderly efficient job, and explained how to operate the tankless. We highly recommend Jack?s Plumbing!

We hired Jack to fix a shower faucet leak. He also checked water pressure in our home after another plumber had told us it was too high. Fortunately the reading was within normal range and we did not need to replace the PVR. Jack was responsive and punctual. Honest and fair price

Jack responded quickly. He delivered what he promised when he promised. He was personable. I felt he really cared about my concerns and wanted to solve my problem. He pointed out something that was incorrectly installed by a previous plumber and corrected a part that was not functioning correctly. And he cleaned up everything before he left. He also followed up with a text to make sure everything was working correctly.

I have used Jack multiple times over the past six months - everything from water heater replacement to clearing main drains. The work is TOP NOTCH and the rates are fair and reasonable. The best part is that I was able to handle my issues within 24 hours due to the fast response times.
