"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Jordan Kendrick responded immediately with an appointment date & time. I felt I had time to wait, since I'd been in the house 4 years & the secondary had never filled up before. I got a couple of other quotes before Jerry Kendrick came out. Boy did he know what he was talking about. He asked if I knew about the water leak in the attic by the unit & I said, yes I did. Before I purchased the house it was thoroughly inspected. The leak was detected and both the heater & the AC were tested in August. It was actually a cracked component of the heater that was leaking the water & that component was replaced. Jerry informed me that the particle board platform had bowed under the weight of the units & it was no longer level anywhere under the units. He recommended detaching the PVC, lifting the units, and placing new plywood under the units to level the entire component. The pan is now large enough to catch any water leaks from either unit. New PVC was added to reconnect to the existing piping in the attic. All those bricks and 2x4s that were holding it together before...they are all gone. It's all up to CODE now! In the past when workers have worked in the attic, they have left messes up there. But not this time, it was nice & clean. I was thoroughly surprised when Jerry & Jordan draped the floor below their ladder & my attic access - 1st time that's ever been done in any house I've owned & I've owned 5. Oh ya, I'm supposed to keep this short...Jerry did give me 10% off because I'm with Angie's List & I really needed the price break. I knew Kendrick Energy Efficient Heating & Air was the right company for me & I sincerely hope they'll be the right company for you. I attached 2 photos of the new flooring & extra large drain pan, plus the last photo is of my 1st drain pan that only held 3 gallons of water and was only under 1 unit & it wasn't under the unit that was leaking when I moved in which was really the primary cause of today's issues."
