I was extremely impressed and surprised by the great service I received on this house call. I called the Jacobi Plumbing main office at about 9:45am and by 10:45 he was at my house ready to make repairs. By the time I arrived from work he had already identified the problem and began the repairs, which took less than 30 minutes start to finish. Mr. Jacobi, the owner, made the repairs in person, was very professional, showed me exactly where the pipe had failed and the source of the leak, and checked his work for leaks before departing. He even offered to put the dry-wall back up before he left but I declined so the inside of the wall could dry before we make that repair. This was a short notice house call and the repairs were done in minutes and he only charged me $63. I have never heard of a plumber making a house call for less than $100 just to show up to your house. I will use Jacobi Plumbing again if I have any plumbing issues. One draw back for anyone in Lawton, Mr. Jacobi only services the Elgin/Fletcher area.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS...you can depend on Mr. Jacoby. He's there when he says he will be there and does what he says he will do. What more can a person ask for? Honesty, fair prices.... that goes with his services too. I cant say enough about how wonderful, dependable and AMAZING Mr. Jacoby is. Oh...and he tolerates my nuisances of little yappy dogs too. He's just a good, honest, fair man with a great work ethic, knowledge of what he is doing , and patience to answer all of my goofy questions.

They were very quick to come out (within a couple hours of calling) He went and got the part he needed and came right back to fix it. He is following up in a few days to seal it again. Very nice. He didn't even mind my little one staring at him trying to figure out what he was doing. Would definitely use them again.

They were very friendly and reasonably priced. I live in Elgin and had called several plumbers in Lawton and they wanted to charge an extra $75 trip fee just to drive out, on top of what it cost to install. They also required that they come out for an estimate first and then come out again to install which would have meant $150 in trip fees. Jacobi came out within a couple days of my phone call and installed the water softener in a couple hours and were extremely friendly. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs.
