Excellent. Quote and proposed solution provide by phone with info provided on line on a property for sale. Scheduling was timely. Technician arrived promptly and completed work in the expected time frame. Explanations and options were clearly provided. Installation was performed in a manner to minimize impact to external routing and electric work. Would recommend and use again.

I have contacted this service quite a few times, and was ready to hire it. But this service raised final quote by quite a mount (100-200) due to their problem on original estimate.

The whole process was fast and easy. Brian did the initial inspection, which took about 10 minutes. I had a quote that afternoon and the work was scheduled for the next weekend. Mike did a great job installing, despite a pretty good snowfall the night before. Both guys were extremely polite and professional and came with their own boot covers (didn't even need to ask). I would definitely recommend ACE to anyone considering radon mitigation.

We just bought a home that is 10 years old in Parker Colorado. The basement measured over 6 pCi/L for Radon. Due to the large footprint of the basement (2500 sf), two mitigation systems were needed. The work was done very well, on time, and very efficiently. Very good customer service throughout. Our basement now measures around 1 pCi/L. I would highly recommend ACE.

Under absolutely no circumstances would I hire Ace Radon. I talked to the sales rep (I think it was Brian) and found him to be completely insulting and sexist. We were trying to determine a place to install the unit as there were no obvious or easy locations. One possibility was alongside some ductwork inside a closet. He didn't know if it would work or not so I mentioned a couple times that I could drill a couple small bore holes to look inside to see if the pipe would fit instead of having the installers show up that day, cut a big hole in the drywall and then find out that spot won't work. Twice he said that would be a good idea to do it, if MY HUSBAND wanted to do the bore hole and take a look. Towards the end of the walk around we came back to that location since that seemed to be the best spot IF the space was clear of pipes and ducts. I mentioned I could do the bore holes then and it'd only take me 5 minutes if we wanted the information to know for the estimate. He told me that I'd "better ASK my husband first before doing it" And I "didn't want to make him mad". Are you flipping kidding me?? What century is this? Not even to mention that I started renovating houses 34 years ago and have way more experience with patching holes and drywall than my husband. This jerk assumed that because I'm a woman I'm incapable of making decisions about my home or doing work on it?! I was ****** about someone let alone thinking this way but also saying it to my face. Someone who is supposed to be a professional? Ha! I told my husband what Brian said. His response was, "No way! You've got to be kidding me?! He actually said that!! What an idiot!" Yep that about sums it up. No way would I support this business.

"ACE waited to respond to this review because Jeff Goard the owner of ACE Radon had reached out to this customer and left two messages to discuss the situation and resolve their dissatisfaction. As of 9/12/18, the customer has not responded. We of course feel disappointed the customer thinks ACE would employ someone with prejudice, leave alone exhibit such behavior to a valued potential customer. We were taken by surprise regarding this customers comments, since this is the first and only complaint of this nature ACE has ever received about ANY employee and certainly not this employee. This employee has provided successful on-site services for over 1,500 potential ACE customers homes per year for more than 7 years. It is unfortunate we were not able to communicate with the customer in hopes to clear up the misunderstanding."

Showed up on time, very clean in their work, and they cleaned up even more afterward. No problem with the system. I need to do a follow-up test this summer to evaluate the effectiveness fully, but am pleased with the preliminary results. The on-site walk-through before they began work was critical to my decision to use them. There are a number of complicating factors to doing the work, and a solution acceptable to me and them was obtained. They executed to this plan. Other vendors would have come out, but were not offering this as willingly as Ace did.

We had a good experience with Ace Radon and would recommend them to others without reservation. Our installer was knowledgeable and the work was completed without issue. Our home presented a situation that needed a unique solution (windows & obstacles to work around in the yard). The installer adjusted the initial game plan to get the job done correctly with an aesthetically pleasing result. He did a great job.

We were amazed and absolutely thrilled with the work done by Ace Radon. After I called, they set up a time to come out and see what was involved. The estimate was emailed later that same day. When we approved, they scheduled a time to do the mitigation. Both times men were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. The before radon tested 7.6, and afterwards tested .7 Needless to say, we'd highly recommend them!

We are happy with the final installation of the system. Ace was excellent to work with, very professional and courteous. I would like to explain the reason for the low rating in the price category. There is a paragraph included in the cost estimate/contract which reads: "Drywall Repairs MAY be needed and are subject to an additional $125.00 service call plus Time/Materials. Time is invoiced at $75.00 per manhour+ materials. NOTE: The actual cost of repairs will be invoiced upon completion of the work." I expressed my concern with this clause to our Ace rep and indicated that it did not seem reasonable that if the installer damaged the drywall that the customer would need to pay for the repair. I came away from our discussion thinking that this would probably not be a problem with our specific installation. I also expressed my concern to the installer before he began the installation. The installer drilled two - 4 inch holes in the ceiling, one for the pipe and one to help provide access when installing the pipe. This implies that the second hole is part of the standard installation procedure and therefore should have been disclosed as part of the original estimate. If we would have had their drywall repair rep fix the second hole it would have cost approximately $200. This cost should have been included in the estimate. I provided these comments to our Ace rep approximately 2 weeks before I wrote this review.

In this case, we explained ACE did not know if there would be any drywall repairs we put it in his estimate since the basement was finished there MAY be some repairs and that is why it was in the estimate but not in the Estimate total price. After our explanation, [Member Name Removed] did not seem totally satisfied, but seemed to understand the point of view. ACE makes a concerted effort to provide professional WRITTEN proposals that disclose all options and possible costs to its customers to minimize any surprises. We are considering his perspective and will take it into consideration in the future when communicating with our customers. Thank you!"

Ace Radon did an outstanding job installing my radon mitigation system! The installer (Nick) was very professional and did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, showing me what he did and explaining next steps for me. He worked hard in a crowded, dusty, hot environment and made it look effortless. Nick paid careful attention to ensuring doors/fences were closed for my dog’s safety. Angela who managed the scheduling, quote, etc. was extremely helpful and responsive as well. I highly recommend Ace Radon.
