"Edwin, the Ameritech tech, at first tried to talk me into changing my planned WiFi antenna to a Starlink. I told him there was a waiting list and the monthly fee was more expensive. He then proceeded to assemble and install the antenna to the roof line at the apex. He ran the cables and suggested mounting the T Mobile Gateway on the top shelf of my pantry to easily connect the antenna cables. This was a great idea. He worked steadily and cleaned up when the project was finished. The internet speed test definitely when connected to the external antenna."

When I checked their progress early on, I found that they had installed both boxes in the wrong spots, with no reason why and without telling me. They corrected their mistake, but I am unhappy that I paid for their service by the hour while they made the mistake, then again to correct it."
