"I was disappointed at $243/hr for the owner and his assistant to repair my irrigation system- 8 hours later only one zone out of 10 was 100% repaired. John was knowledgeable; he is older and he admitted his assistant was slow. I advise to get a quote for your job to be completed and definitely not pay by the hour. He also charged me for irrigation parts not installed the day they worked- in a box with some instructions...as if he were doing me a favor (the parts bill was high also). This was a bad decision on my part!"
