Diamond Tree Care

I have 3 queen palms and 2 king palms that were badly neglected, with dead leaves and branched all over. Mr. Weichselbaum scheduled the work quickly after I contacted him. The work was completed within several days. I'm very happy with how it turned out. He took off all the dead branches and did a lot of trimming to make the palm trees look clean and groomed. He also took way the waste after the trimming. He said he would advise me if the trees needed additional work. At the end, he told me the trees are in pretty good shape. I really appreciate his honesty. I will definitely call him again for tree services. Thank you!

He?s extremely conscientious, patient and knowledgeable. He researches the tree to be cut before ever touching it.

He laced and kind of pruned a Shoestring Acacia, and thinned out a Cork Oak.  He checked on the health of the plants around them, and fertilized them.  He corrected a problem with a Pittosporum and straightened it.  There?s a Podocarpus that was leaning, and he straightened it, braced it and then trimmed it a bit.  

He delivered excellent customer service, which is what I appreciated most.  He is an arborist with four years of experience.  There was a little bit of a delay with the work he had in the pipeline, but he got back to me pretty fast, and acknowledged the Big Deal that I purchased.  The turnaround was about a week and a half.  He also was great about following up if there were any snags or issues with being late. 

In sum, he went throughout the small yard, and checked on the health of all the plants.

I contracted with Diamond Tree Care to trim and lace three pear trees in my yard which had grown out of controll. A price and time were agreed upon. they arrived on time and although the work took longer than they had first estimated, they remained on the job untill 6PM and finished. They had found a number of small problems around my yard which they fixed without charge and the extensive litter of tree limbs, branches and leaves were completely removed and the area cleaned and swept up. There was no extra billing for the work they did and a number of recommendations were made regarding the remaining fokiage on my property. We will be having them back to perform additional work.

I needed some work done on two queen palm trees who's dead branches were dangerously close to breaking off and falling into the streets. The trees were also constantly producing seeds that would drop onto our property and car as well as our neighbors' properties and cars.  Edwin, the Diamond Tree Care owner, was very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching us invaluable information about our trees. He made me aware of all the steps involved in completing the job and did not keep me in the dark. Edwin was very communicative about the whole process and that made me feel very comfortable. Diamond Tree Care went beyond their call of duty and it shows in their work. I recommend them to anyone.

He did such a great job.  The price was phenominal.  It was a lot of hard work.  He got it all done in one day, and I was very impressed.  Edwin was very professional and honest.
