After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there. "My ac, heater, and thermostat all went out at the same time. I called an hvac company and they said I needed a new furnace and ac and it'd be $12k. I called Heating and Air 365 to try to get a cheaper quote on a new system. Tommy came out and said the system was fine. It just had a short in the thermostat wires by the ac, my dog must have chewed through them. He replaced the wires and fixed something in the furnace and everything is working great.
