We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. "Checked on home adviser for AC repair. They referred my request to Josh at all day heating & repair. Josh call me within 1/2 hour. Explained my problem and he said he could come in 2 days ( this was in the middle of of a month long heat wave were everyone else was saying 2 to 3 weeks response time).We set a time for the appointment, he called 15 minutes before arriving, After arriving he quickly checked everything out and repaired the problem and even installed a safety switch to keep the same problem from happening again. Nadav and Erick were on time and quickly got to work, because the age of the house the duct connected to the spare room had become brittle and damaged. I was given a quote for the single duct and replacing the attic I was never pushed into making a decision. Ended up going with the single duct and work was done same day with before and after pictures. "Technician Angel came on time. He first cleaned our HVAC unit, checked the wirings & parts & performed tests to ensure the unit is running according to standards. He inspected the Air ducts, vents even the attic. He explained everything and showed us the pictures that he took & the results on HVAC heating and cooling tests that were done.
