Most companies will advise you to replace your AC or furnace system just after 10 years of age! We regularly work on systems that are many years beyond this to make sure customers are getting the most out of what they have. Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Working with Tom was so easy and refreshing. An honest and respectful man that took the time to educate me on how furnaces work. He and Eddie came out within a couple of days to look over my furnace to see if it was repairable. It was over 40 years old so after our discussion of options I decided to replace. Tom sent the quote within a day and it was very fair. Unfortunately, Tom's son got sick on the day of install though Eddie and another gentleman (sorry, can not remember his name) came to do the work. Both were very polite, cleaned up afterwards and patiently answered all question I had. This company is great to work with and would definitely do another job with them. I highly recommend them!

Thermostat Installation and Replacement
These guys are great in all aspects of service, professionalism, punctuality. I needed some assistance connecting a new thermostat. They did that, and were flexible enough with time to service my furnace and A/C unit. They found a problem with the condenser unit, which could have meant bad news had it gone out during a summer heatwave. I had them replace the unit. Potential problem solved. They backed up all of their work with photos and explanations of the issues. Made it very easy to do the replacements without feeling something “shady” was going on. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for residential heating and A/C service.

My furnace was leaking into the wall. I had 2 other companies come out and say I needed to replace my entire system.. A friend recommended Heading and air 365. Tommy came out the same day I called him and had my furnace/AC running in an hour. He said it was just a clogged drainline for condensation. Very professional and knowledgeable, but most important trustworthy!

Tom (owner) is very honest and professional. He came by the very next day and on time. I knew the problem with my gas furnace and communicated it to him. He went right to verify it and fixed it. No beating around the bush or fixing (or even suggesting to fix) things that are not broken. Above all, very honest and reasonable in his fees. I'd highly recommend him to my friends and anyone needing HVAC service/repairs.

Tom, the owner of the company, is highly professional and a man of integrity! His care for my situation was extraordinary! He replaced my heating and A/C systems in an older mobile home that presented multiple challenges. He had a solution for each challenge and accomplished the work in a very timely manner. I really like it when you need something done, and the technician responds the same day! Thatâ s exactly what Tommy did. Tommy tried to repair the old thermostat I had, and when he couldnâ t replace it, he had a replacement available at a very reasonable price. Tommy explained the workings of a thermostat which I really appreciated. I would definitely hire Tommy again!

My ac wasnâ t working anymore, Tommy came out and was able to find several issues with the unit. He quoted me on a new ac and coil, after comparing prices with other companies I called him right away. Tommy and his crew replaced the ac and coil that same week. They were very courteous and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Tommy for your hvac needs.

My ac, heater, and thermostat all went out at the same time. I called an hvac company and they said I needed a new furnace and ac and it'd be $12k. I called Heating and Air 365 to try to get a cheaper quote on a new system. Tommy came out and said the system was fine. It just had a short in the thermostat wires by the ac, my dog must have chewed through them. He replaced the wires and fixed something in the furnace and everything is working great. He saved me thousands. It's refreshing to see some honesty out there. He's got my business for life.
