A consultant visited me, inspected the attic, measured and explained what his company would do. He gave me a written bid, explained their no interest loan and helped me apply for it, and set a date for the service. He spoke well of his employees. Two days later the insulation was installed, and the workspace was cleaned up. They did a great job. The billed amount was the exact amount bid. The employees spoke well of their company and seemed cheerful, organized and were very polite. The employees all spoke well of the company.

I also had duct sealing, as well as sealing gaps in the existing ceiling. They gave me a good price, they performed all of the work as expected, and they got the work done shortly after I contacted them.

We contacted ECO insulation because we wanted to improve the comfort of our home year-round. Kris inspected our attic and discovered that our insulation was below where it should have been following the original build and that there were several areas that were not sealed. We were wasting money via our less efficient insulation and energy use. ECO sealed all areas, increased the insulation, and we noticed our AC ran less immediately and kept our home cooler longer on our first 101-degree day. Thanks, Kris. This is a great company. With great people. Kris Grover, the owner is very knowledgeable, very professional, very personable, and goes way beyond other contractors with follow-up and making sure the work and his employees are the best. We met on Wednesday, and two days later the job was complete. Tony and Jonathan did a fantastic job, making sure we were satisfied with the amount and even distribution of the blown in fiberglass material, as they requested we look periodically to evaluate. Both of them were very helpful, in all ways. Cleaned thoroughly afterward inside the house and garage. We initially evaluated the amount of material to be 43 bags. However, we used 33 and Kris refigured the cost of the insulation, as well as, the labor costs and deducted that from the balance we owed. Most companies would never tell you how much material is used, keeping with their cost and pocketing the difference. This alone should tell you how honest Kris and Eco Insulation is. Tony and Jonathan were more than happy to count the bags used. We just discussed the insulation with our neighbor across the street, relaying our experience entirely. They will be calling Kris to set up and appointment. We will be recommending Kris to everyone we come across.
