After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to change the system after negotiating a price and they started to take out the old air conditioner and heater that afternoon and come back the next morning to install the new system. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there.
