Sewer Main Clearing
This companies website states that they offer 100% guaranteed satisfaction, best in class service and professional quality work at an honest and fair price. I found none of this to be true.
Tom came to my home after a flood and diagnosed a faulty hot water heater. He then charged me $1200 to remove the hot water heater. After he left, a more significant flood occurred that filled my place with raw sewage. The problem all along was a clogged sewer line.
I have made multiple attempts to negotiate with this company to take responsibility for the misdiagnosis. I have asked for a discount on the cost of removing a perfectly fine hot water and to discount the quoted price to install a new one.
All of my attempts have been ignored.

Sewer Main Clearing
River City Plumbing saved our leach system in our front yard. The pricing was reasonable and fair. The guys were professional and showed up everyday on time. They added the access piping as requested for easier access to the septic tank and leach lines. When the project was completed the guys put back our pavers and smoothed out the ground. We highly recommend River City.

I had them entirely replumb a worn down 1800s home and bring it up to code. Two full bathroom remodels, install sinks, in a very difficult layout. They not only finished a huge job in under a week, but weâ re super professional letting me know when they were coming and going, the status of the projects, and even very clean with all the demo. Jeremy runs a great business all the plumbers were super nice and professional and exceptional!
