"The technician came out, reviewed the situation and explained to me what needed to be done and I understood it clearly. However, due to the age of my old faucet the technician had to make a few modifications before he could install the replacement. Therefore, he made sure to explain to me that this would not be the normal remove and replace type of job which was due to the old faucet being welded on, instead of being screwed on. Anyhow, he removed the old faucet and installed a threaded piece of pipe and then screwed on the new hose bib piece. The job looks great and performs well, so I am completely satisfied. The technicians name was Johnny and he was a very professional good hearted man.

"Jared and his assistant Brandon were very personable and professional and we highly recommend them. They wore masks and offered to cover their shoes with 'booties' They diagnosed the problems and replaced 3 hose bibs and a garbage disposal.While fixing the older toilet they noted that the bolts connecting the tank to the bowl were leaking so they replaced the toilet. The batroom faucett handle was difficult to turn so Jared diagnosed the problem; the faucett needed new cartridges. He suggested the faucett might be under warranty so I called the company and new cartridges will be sent. All this was completed efficiently within one day. We can highly recommend Plumbing Plus"

"GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. Overall I thought the experience went well. The install looks very professional. There were some delays due to one of the condenser units having a logic board failure upon installation that took a little over a month to be rectified. It is my understanding that the part was ordered 3 times before they received the correct part. The technician assured me that they were giving the supplier the correct ordering information; I have no reason not to believe them. All and all I am enjoying my units now that it is summer time. One of the condenser units has a condensation pump in the attic that can be loud at times. I may call Carini back to check if they have a solution that would alleviate the noise coming from the attic. "
