"In August 2024, my husband and I decided to replace all of our interior furnishings. We originally started our project by working with the “designers” in the stores where we were making major purchases. It took us over 8 months to realize what a BIG MISTAKE that was. Long story short, we called Christian in April 2025. Christian came to our home and talked with us to understand the scope of the project. Christian had the brilliant idea to showcase the photos on the wall in the dining room using MixTiles; he also suggested making two huge pieces of wall art for both our entryway and our living room. The result is nothing short of amazing. Christian also brought his crews in for electrical work and some painting. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and very clean. Christian was simply a joy to work with and he made our house not only beautiful, but comfortable, functional, and SO US! He was always available for a visit when a piece of furniture arrived, was always honest with his opinion, and always included my husband. "The main pipes needed to be replaced under my mother's home. They had cracked and it was creating a foul smell so we knew this was a plumbing emergency that needed an expert plumbing team to replace these old pipes. Kenny came out for an inspection and estimate 30 minutes after my mom called Flow Right. He provided a clear estimate after inspection and work could begin the next day. The extensive pipe removal and replacement job was completed by 2 plumbers on the job in a 5 hour period and they double checked all the work to ensure the plumbing in the house was working perfectly. I highlight Flow Right's expertise and professionalism here because another well advertised and bigger SD plumbing company not only quoted us near double the cost but projected the work would take multiple days. "Dave was great! The best communication and transparency I've seen in a long time. Dave explained what he needed to do to install the dryer vent and got right to work...NO wasted time. He installed the vent and made sure it was working properly. The vent looks great! Dave is knowledgable, professional, and a nice person. He also stayed in touch, letting me know how soon he would arrive and when he was on his way. I really appreciated that. We will definitely call him the next time we need a handyman."

"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

He handled all the demo & hauling, design, footings, rafters, roof, painting, electrical, and repair or replacement of tiles and turf damaged by the old structure. Mike has a warm, friendly personality with an emphasis on quality. He listens to the customer and provides suggestions for enhancements. The structure he built is very solid - it does not budge when you lean on it. His prices are reasonable and he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the work."
