"I had the system installed 2 days after I met with Kevin.  The installer arrived on time, was very friendly and explained the replacement process and went right to work. Once installed, he ensure the area was cleaned (much cleaner than when he arrived). He showed me what he had done and made sure I had no questions unanswered before he left. He did a great job!

"They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Unlike most change-outs, my old disposer was bolted in and rusted out - (I should have taken pictures, it was awful) - which required heavy-duty cutting and a lot of extra labor. "I called John on Monday morning, and he said he would be there between 3:30 and 4:00 that afternoon. He arrived just before 4:00. The toilet had been running so he checked to see what the problem could have been and determined that it was the flapper. So, he drove down to Home Depot and bought one, returned, and installed it. He then fixed the drawer glide.
Unfortunately, the toilet still ran that night, so I called him on Tuesday morning. While on the phone, he had me check several things and thought it might have been a faulty flapper. He returned around 4:00 that afternoon after having stopped at Home Depot to purchase a different flapper. Upon removing the one he had installed the evening before, he showed me that it wasn't even so that probably was the problem. He wouldn't let me pay for the new flapper or his time as he said I had already paid for a service to be done. Upon leaving he wanted me to call him the next day if there were still problems; however, the second flapper did the trick.
