I have a flat roof that was leaking during the recent rains. I had a couple of companies come and give me their shpeal about how they would fix it - and their estimates. Then I got a hold of Erik at Advanced Roofleak Solutions. Wow, did he know his stuff - at least it sure sounded like he did. Hired him right away. His price was pretty much the going rate compared to the other contractors - I?d say even lower considering his knowledge. And even tho he was quite busy because of the recent rains he was able to send a crew the next day. Clean and secure. Ready for the rain!

Mr. Havens contacted me very quickly after I made the inquiry. My church needed a roof inspection and certification for insurance coverage. We met the same day. He quickly started the inspection. When he was finished, he explained what he saw and showed pictures of the roof. We asked if he also repaired roofs. He said yes. We asked that he make a proposal to do the repairs in addition to providing the inspection report. We received the proposal and inspection report quickly. We agreed with the inspection results and recommendations. He proposed a fair price for the repairs. We approved the proposal. We needed a quick turnaround. He stated the repairs would be completed within our timeframe. He delivered. The repairs were made the next week. The crew cleaned up very well after finishing the repairs. We received a packet with all of the paperwork, photos and roof certification shortly after. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. We would recommend Advanced Roofleak Solutions.

During the heavy rains our roof leaked, and Eric was kind enough to get a crew out to patch our roof before the next storm. He has done this twice since January, and we are hiring him to replace the roof as soon as he has an opening. He is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. His workers were great, respectful of the property, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when they were done. UPDATE: Eric and his crew did an amazing job completing the retiling of our 37 year old roof. His crews were great, and cleaned up each day. A significant measure of a company lies in servicing follow-up (warranty) issues and to that I can say that Advanced Roofleak Solutions came through and resolved a leak issue likely due to installer workmanship before an unusually large storm event was to hit the area. That was good on multiple fronts (pun intended). However I must say that when I first contacted the company on the issue I was told someone would contact me regarding a visit later that week. Well no contact happened and I spent the next months calling, writing, texting, all without any response, until many months later and not long after the storm was announced but before it arrived, I called and the phone was answered. They said they were in the area and would stop by in a few minutes and did just that. After the visit they answered the phone on my next call and told me they didn't see anything but were going to reinforce some flashing around a vent to see if that would resolve it. There was at least one other visit and after that I reached out and was told the work was complete, but still no real issue was identified. The good news, no leaks since, though i am just getting to repairing the ceilings and walls where the water intrusion occurred. Redeemed? Perhaps, perhaps not, time will tell, but that they hustled before the event was a good thing and ultimately delivered against their warranty. A cautious thumbs -up

Quick and courteous communications- Provided same day on site visual inspection and written estimate for repair. Repairs started within the week and finished same day. Lots of photos for insurance claim. Highly recommended.

I was in a tough position. Recent heavy rains had surfaced a significant leak in my ceiling. Roofing professionals had confirmed the roof was in good shape, as was the flashing around the chimney and roof vents, yet the leak persisted. Further investigation revealed the attic vent was the culprit. It was a small repair job but finding a roofing expert before the next round of heavy rains was going to be a daunting task. The stars aligned. My outreach to Advanced Roofleak Solutions, Inc. was received by Erik Havens who was just one block away wrapping up a proposal on a bid for a large prospective client. It would have been easy to move on to his next appointment, but Erik saw the job was small and the homeowner close by. It was an opportunity to help someone in need. Net, Erik quickly assessed the situation, gave me a fair bid and options for repair. The initial step was a sealant approach around the base of the attic vent. Important given the rains were set to begin again this evening. Our agreement, if the sealant approach did not sufficiently hold, Erik would come back for a more extensive repair and use the cost of the sealant repair as an offset. A win - win for all. Erik was professional, diligent and saw the value in helping a homeowner, even with a time sensitive small job. If asked, I would gladly refer Advanced Roofleak Solutions, Inc. / Erik Wavens for a roofing proposal, no matter the size.

I will second to Sheila C. I got referral from Sheila immediately after Erik and his crew finished her project. Erik and his crew were responsive and professional. and was able to begin work quickly and finished it in a timely fashion, despite that there were a lot of roof issues in the area due to heavy rainfall lately this winter. Outside of the project scope, Erik kindly did something "above and beyond" that has eliminated one of the root causes resulting the prior roof leak by modifying our rain downcomer and gutter. This has brought additional satisfaction to my wife and the family as well. In this very competitive business, Erik and his crew deserved to be commended for their efforts and thoroughness, and have earned my trust for any potential projects and for addressing any pertinent urgent issues in the future.

True to his words, his team worked non-stop on a Saturday from 8am to 5pm to complete the necessary repairs. They were professional and the work was excellent - there were no further water infiltration into my house.
