"Replied within mins of submitting the request on Angi on a Saturday. VERY knowledgeable. Ed spent 20 mins explaining water softeners and purifiers to me even though he didn’t offer what I was specifically looking for at the time. After more investigation online, I confirmed everything Ed mentioned and decided on a completely different system. I got quotes from a couple places and Ed’s was the most competitive. When he came out for the pre-install review he was able to determine solutions for everything without adding to the cost. Others that came out were planning many more invasive modifications to the garage to install the system and get electricity to it and they didn’t seem to understand the basic setup of a softener in combination with a purifier (they wanted to install the sediment filter from the city water as if it was well water). All their solutions came at an additional cost also. Ed’s installer arrived and completed the install as scheduled. Ed was responsive/communicative via text and phone calls throughout the entire process. Everything went as planned and we now have a complete-home water purification system, water softener, and RO system for drinking. They even ran the RO line from under the kitchen sink to the back of the fridge through all our cabinetry so our ice and fridge water are now pure as well. Can’t recommend enough!"

After the system instalation, function test, old water softener packed and area cleaned.
