"After speaking with Kevin (CEO) about the merits of the One Water System, and my own online followup, I bit, and was scheduled for installation 5 days later. Juan, the installer was on time, courteous, self-effacing, humorous, knowledgable and highly skilled. He replaced the ugly functioning plumbing (piping) with a more contoured professional appearance.
