We had a ancient water heater that was 20+ years old and leaking. Delten, the owner, was in the middle of a long work day but he agreed to come late in the day so we would have hot water. He kept us up to date on his schedule and was able to come earlier than anticipated. When there were complications due to our odd, old house, he offered options and advice, and informed us of any changes in time and cost estimates before he proceeded. When the workday went long, he stayed until he could provide us with hot water for the night. He then returned the next day to make alterations in the outdoor cabinet to accomodate the better insulated and more modern water heater and ensure it was protected and up to code. This was probably our best experience with a contractor. Delten was professional, respectful, honest, and personable. He charged a fair price and went above and beyond our expectations. Delten was on time and very helpful. Hot water heater was on the way out and we were looking into a tankless. He took the time to survey the job. Informed me of the logistics and gave me options. Once we decided placement and the proper device for our needs I received an accurate quote. The job was completed quicker than expected. Now we have all the hot water we can handle.

Delton installed a water heater that I had delivered from Home Depot. I hired him because he was able to quote me a firm price on the phone based on what I shared with him about the job. He did not try to hedge or get an appointment to try to upsell me or give me a firm price later. He showed up when he said he would. The job is complete, and I'm very happy. Will be recommending and using Delton again in the future.

This is a new business. Don't let that be a reason to stop you from choosing them. When I called Felten and let him know we had no hot water. He quoted me an affordable price and said he could be at my home in an hour. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. Felten went above and beyond to make sure I would have a hot shower the next morning. He was very helpful even going out of his way to pick up a part that I didn't have for my water heater, at no extra cost. He was very skilled and efficient he didn't waste any time getting the job done. I highly recommend and definitely will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.
