Had repipe’s done, because of a slab water leak, however; then the water heater broke down. After the water heater broke down, my house was a total mess. The crew was efficiant, professional, and cared about doing a good job. The repiping comes with a ''lifetime guarantee'' against root infestation. They did the job originally in 2003, and, for several years, were good about coming out each year whenever the connections backed up to clear them out. This year, however, they dragged their feet, didn't return calls, and ended up not responding at all. Roto-Rooter came out immediately and, after not being able to use the shower all week, I am now back in business - $167 later. My answers for 4-6 are based on this recent experience.

THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. THE PLUMBERS SENT OUT KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID THE WORK THAT WAS THERE TO BE DONE. THE OWNER WAS REASONABLE WHEN THERE WAS A DISPUTED BILLING AND THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE WERE NICE TO TALK TO ON THE PHONE WITH QUESTIONS ANSWERED WHEN ASKED.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING OUT ALL OF THE DRAINS AND REMOVING FOOD STUFF, PET HAIR AND OTHER DEBRIS FROM THE DRAINS THAT NUMEROUS OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES HAD MISSED.
