Long installed new kitchen sink fixtures and shut-off valves, and he also replaced our shower stems, diverter, and fixtures. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

This was the most amazing plumbing experience ever. Ly was quick, super skilled, made my old, problematic, completely clogged drain flow super fast. Rather than do unnecessary things, he will tell you what you really do not need to do and why. Made my sluggish toilet work perfectly, and I did not even think that was possible, so I never mentioned it. The charge was low, and after advising me how to get my toilet clean, left it sparkling !!!

I had a plumbing problem with a complicated Japanese toilet. I had no idea who to call for service. The very polite gentleman they sent out admitted that he seldom saw this particular problem, but would find the answer for me. He did! He scheduled the specialist plumber and followed up with him for me. All without charge. I will work with this company in the future.
