They ensure the tank water heater pilot is lit at the end of each day when the gas supply was turned off so they could make changes to the piping. The team is really good about answering questions and explaining what they are doing and why. They take pride in the work they do. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. "Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!"
