He was willing to come to our home and install a temporary pump on Sunday as a new pump would not be available for two days (Remember it is the July 4th Holiday weekend). In short, we were completely repaired in two days with a new pump and new pressure tank. We checked on-line retailers to see if Romero had overcharged us for the new components. He was within 5% of the average retail price which would have been our cost if we had fixed the system ourselves. His team was fast, pleasant and professional and given the holiday emergency response very fairly priced. We feel we can highly recommend Quality Pump Services."
