This was the only company of those that responded which could come as soon as needed. The scheduler, Leslie, was very cheerful and responsive. The tech, Angel Vargas, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He honored the angi key membership price, though it was lower than what he had originally offered me. I needed a weather-rated GFCI, but the one he had available in his truck was for indoor use, so he quickly went to a nearby store to purchase the required part. He performed the replacement in short order, & checked my circuit box before leaving, to make sure all was in good working order. He left me his business card, and I would happily call him again if needed.

Great job by Javier installing a replacement car charger at my house. He was on time, competent, and friendly. He got the job done nicely and made sure the new charger was working before he left. I really appreciate that Dalcon offers one hour time windows for appointments, not 4 hours (or worse) for a lot of other providers. Angel, who came the day before to scope out the work and provide an estimate, was also very easy to work with.

Javier, the technician did excellent work. And when he ran into an obstacle due to my old unit varying from normal specifications, he performed additional work, and devoted additional time, to get around the problem without charging me extra. I would gladly use Dalcon Electric again. I also should note that the cost was very competitive and considerably less than another estimate I received.
