"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. "I spoke with Marco, the owner of the business. He was very clear and was able to explain the options he would take to save me as much money as he could. Unfortunately after running a camera through the sewer line it showed that there were multiple issues. I had a belly in the line that wouldnâ t drain and just past that the pipe was partially collapsed. Marcos team was able to quickly jackhammer out the concrete to access the line, repair it, and then did a fantastic job patching up the concrete. I would highly recommend this business, and will absolutely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs."
