He came out right away. Gave me a fair estimate and told me exactly how we could get the work done with my limited budget. Then his team started and completed the job twice as fast as any of the other estimates while at the same time being totally detailed oriented and careful not to get paint on my fancy furniture or hardwood floors. Whenever we/they were confused about the paint or process and John was offsite, we called him and he dealt with it immediately.
