Everything went so well that we decided to also renovate the 2 bathrooms, replace all the flooring , interior and exterior paint. Everything went well. "Kyle Beym is a very calming sort of guy. He and I spoke several times before I hired him and I was very clear that I wanted to purchase the materials and kind of act as my own project manager. Kyle was very understanding and after getting two other bids, I chose him based on my conversations with Kyle and the ratings and comments here. Kyle brought in two of his men, Arturo and Felipe. I couldn't have asked for two better professionals than these two men. They were punctual, professional, accommodating put in ten hour days. Their work was outstanding. I supplied all of the materials and they installed the flooring, tiled the shower and tub in the master bath, with all new porcelain and pebble flooring in the shower, and mosaic glass inserts in the walls, replacing faucets, closing up a wall and put in a new opening, installing and painting a barn door, painting the walls and ceiling, and installing LED recessed lights. In my son's room they had to tear out the entire carpet which he ruined and they installed porcelain flooring that looks like wood. Beautiful! In his bathroom they replaced some broken tile, installed a new shower door, replaced the faucets for his shower and tub and moved the shower faucet up two and a half feet from its original low position."

They moved a door for us, retiled our entire bathroom, changed all the hardware in the shower, created a new closet in our bedroom, re-did the plumbing under our bathroom vanity, and built a new wood fence in our front yard. Along the way, I made some additions and changes to some aspects of the job and Felipe rolled with the punches so gracefully. After each portion of work was completed, if I wanted something tweaked, he did it no questions asked. And at every beat of this job Felipe explained everything to me thoroughly, he foresaw issues with some of what I was asking for, created solutions for it, and just stayed in communication with every single development. He was flexible and respectful and open to my ideas. He provided me with critical information when a problem would arise, he always solved it, and the work was great. The fence he built in my front yard is absolutely beautiful and I love ,y new bathroom and closet. His team was respectful and friendly and this is so important when you have a crew of people in your home for a month. He managed every aspect of the job from waste management when our bathroom was out of commission, the painting, the electrical, the tiling and drywall. he even put our toilet back every day so we could use it at night while they were tiling the floor. They cleaned up every day. I mean I just could not have asked for a better experience. We will have him back to add more fencing within the next month and when we are ready to do our kitchen I will be using him them also. I highly recommend this team."
