"I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having.  The technician who came out was Joe.  He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly.  If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem.  I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic.  I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."

"I called Albano's at 12:55 p.m. after a plumber failed to call or show up for an appointment window booked between 10-12 today.
Jessie (sp?) answered the phone and said she could have someone out within an hour. Within 45 minutes of the call, two guys were at my house and snaked the shower drain. They didn't try to sell me any additional services, or tell me they needed a camera to look down the drain. In fact, while running water in the bathroom sink (which was backing up into the shower stall) they noticed the faucet didn't have an aerator which made the water came out at an angle. At no extra charge, they installed the small part that made the water come out straight.
