"James Craig of Team Rooter came to our house within two hours, and cleaned out the drain line through an exterior clean out. Then he discovered the drip came from a galvanize pipe as old as our house. The threads on both end of the short pipe section had rusted through. The job took James twice as long due to poor access under the bar, but he did it for the price quoted. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
