Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. "I was having a problem with my dishwasher draining.  I appreciated that they were honest.  They came out and said they wouldn't be able to do the job for us.  It's not a clogged drain issue, but something to do with the pump.  Unclogging the drain wouldn't do the trick.  I was happy that he offered a refund for the deal rather than taking the money and not doing the job."

"Said they charged by the job and quoted $150 to put in a toilet we bought. Then left the job cause he got a call and came back the next day to install a copper line for the fridge.. the connection was already there and he charge another $125 for 20 minutes of work. Not a happy camper since he never told us it would be $125 for 20 minutes of work and the cooper line.  If it only took 20 minutes I'm not sure why he couldn't have finished it the day before. Never got the "Angie's list discount" that I know of. Watch out for their pricing!! I suggest getting it in writing before they start!
