He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. "I set an appointment with Albano's Plumbing & Drain for Friday which made it easy for me and the guy was right on time, pulled the trap apart and fixed it. They were really good. They answered the phone and they were very professional, they told me when they could be there and when they couldn't, they gave me a choice of when they could come, the guy who came over was nice and clean and he did a really good job. I was very happy. He removed the sink, fixed it, put everything back, cleaned up and he was done."
