"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

While he said it could be done, and was significantly less expensive, it may not be able to provide the 'power' the stove required. They take their time and do it right the first time. The crew was punctual, cleaned up after themselves and finished the repipe in three days. The drywall patchers came the next day and took a couple of days to finish their work, and we were ready for the painters the next day. Everything was completed within a week and we were totally pleased with the results, the follow up and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
