First to arrive to provide a quote on Saturday mid day and were willing to do the install the following day first thing on a Sunday morning. Knowledgeable and skilled as far as I could tell and very professional but also down to earth.

Arthur responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He came out the next day to view the project and give me an estimate. He did the work on the following day. He arrived on time and his communication about the project was excellent. I thought his price was a little high but not enough for me to avoid using his service. I would definitely hire him again. Also he informed me that he is licensed even though he shows up as unlicensed on the web site.
