"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"Top notch service!!! Our water heater went out and we needed a new one ASAP! These type of problems always happen at the worst and most inconvenient of times. We called around and no one could make it out for at least a day? some were two days! We called Water Heater SOS and explained our need for a new water heater ASAP, they explained they had a lot of calls that day but assured us they would send someone out by end of the day.. within the hour they called us back and said they were sending one of their guys right now!!! They were extremely professional, polite and worked fast and efficiently to get us a new water heater up and running by the end of the day!!! We HIGHLY recommend Water Heater SOS"

"I would absolutely use Jax Mechanical in the future. Justin and Zac were very professional and thorough. I was very hesitant, due to a previous bad encounter with Service Master. Justin and Zac were patient and not condescending. Michael was quick with the bid/estimate and I am grateful for their service. If you need a water heater installed, be assured that Jax Mechanical is the only call you need to make."

"Christian installed a new thermostat and he was incredibly professional knowledgeable and nice I would Recommend Excel to To anyone looking for heating and air and I don’t usually write reviews but these guys were great!"

"Overall great experience. Donald, the inspector, arrived early and patiently waited with me for my real estate agent to arrive. Donald did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside units. He was very knowledgable about pertinent laws and regulations and took his time to explain them. He also explained that the HVAC unit is old, but functioning and that it may have to be replaced in a couple of years. When that day comes I will definitely call Carini again, and ask for Donald."

"Multiple projects within a week: 3 toilets replaced, new water heater installed, ceiling patched from when a pipe leaked earlier and two new faucets. All 3 plumbers were clean, polite and on-time. Ed replaced the faucets and was done in less than 90 minutes. He arrived EXACTLY at 8:00 AM and went to work immediately. Once done, he showed me the parts he replaced and removed all the residue. I would have no hesitation in using Personal Plumbing again."

"First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.

I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."
