"Very satisfactorily. After our initial contact by phone, he was at my house to inspect the broken hot water pipe leading to the kitchen. He immediately assessed the situation and provided me a very reasonable cost of repair esimate. Within two days, he came to fix the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. His repair was completed within the alloted time. Before I called, Bob, I thought I was going to use another company that had started some repair work to the same problem. We could not agree on a price that I thought was very unreasonably exorbitant. I was glad I looked around for another poumber and found Muller Plumbing Services.
