They helped me get a restoration company to help with the water damage. We ended up needing to replace the water softener but they made the process as smooth as possible!"

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

He immediately assessed the situation and provided me a very reasonable cost of repair esimate. Within two days, he came to fix the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. His repair was completed within the alloted time. Before I called, Bob, I thought I was going to use another company that had started some repair work to the same problem.
